Our parents have always told us to eat more fruits and vegetables. I don’t know why we didn’t listen to them but even they knew the benefits of these food groups have on our health. The very first thing that fruits and vegetables provide to us is a useful source of almost all the required vitamins and some of the minerals that we need to stay healthy.

One of the greatest marketing miracles of the modern world is that people have been made to falsely believe that they need their regular vitamin and mineral supplements everyday to stay healthy.
